Hello,

 

I'm doing a Homogeneous system copy of ECC 6.0 system to Windows 2012 with MSSQL.

 

During the installation of target system I'm getting this error: An error occurred while processing option SAP Business Suite 2005 > SAP ERP 6.0 Support Release 3 > Software Life-Cycle Options > System Copy > MS SQL Server > Target System Installation > Central System > Based on AS ABAP > Central System( Last error reported by the step: Value of type HKeyClass has illegal value '0'.).

 

Into sapinst.log appears this error message:

Could be a permissions issue?

Dear All,

Facing below error while importing Integration builder object to Quality server.

Assigned permission to everyone \\XXXXX\sapmnt\trans\data for testing purpose, still nothing as worked out. Am i missing any steps. kindly advise.

We have requirement to install two SAP systems in one MSCS. I have gone though the installation guide and other blogs. According to the latest guide, we need to change sapmnt into sapmnt<SID> and create junction from nodes to shared cluster drives.

 

However I came across this SCN document which describes no need of junction and renaming of existing SAP systems as of windows 2008 R2.

 

Can I proceed as per normal cluster installation as per the above link ?

 

I have gone through this thread as well.

 

Kindly help to get clarification.

Hello

 

   I am looking to use the DMO option to migtrate my BW system  from Oracle to HANA.

 

   The source system is BW NW 7.01 on Oracle and ABAP on HP-UX the target is HANA and ABAP on linux(SLES)

 

   Is there an option to do that ?

 

 

   It looks like we can upgrade  and migrate from  Oracle to HANA, But no option to change the abab server.

In this what does recs mean?

Sequential read would mean reading data from the database right ?

Direct read would mean reading from the buffer right?

Can someone please clarify these questions.

Dear Experts,

 

We are performing a BW (ABAP+JAVA) split in sandbox environment.

OS: Aix

DB: Oracle

NW:7.01

 

I took a java export and installed in new server and performed the post steps in RSPOR_SETUP. Changed the system object in system landscape of portal. I have selected the option of send assertion ticket in the RFC. Exchanged the certificates between ABAP+JAVA as well. However when i invoke any web reports throws an error as below.

 

Issuer of SSO ticket is not authorized

 

When i checked the work process trace able to find the error as below.

 

N  *** ERROR => System ID and client from ticket are not the same than mine. [ssoxxkrn.c   1065]

N  {root-id=5576E25FE25E00A0E10000000A440017}_{conn-id=00000000000000000000000000000000}_0

N  *** ERROR => Neither was ticket issued by myself nor can I find issuer in TWPSSO2ACL (see note 1055856). [ssoxxkrn.c   1071]

I logged on service market place - software download, but couldn't find the item for S/4 HANA

 

is it possible to install it on my own computer which has 64GB memory?

Dear all,

 

I faced with error during SAP NW7.42 installation (Oracle 11.2.0.4/RHEL6.3),step "Import ABAP".

 

Screenshot with error attached.

 

Text from import_monitor.java.log:

 

Required system resources are missing or not available:

  Import directory '/mnt/sap-nfs/distrib/NW742ABAP/51048524_1/DATA_UNITS/EXP1' does not exist;

  Import directory '/mnt/sap-nfs/distrib/NW742ABAP/51048524_1/DATA_UNITS/EXP2' does not exist;

  Import directory '/mnt/sap-nfs/distrib/NW742ABAP/51048524_1/DATA_UNITS/EXP3' does not exist.

How to find which process/application making it to happen.

 

database is db2 10.5

Hi Everyone,

 

Is there any training institution for SAP basis for virtual training? I am quite new in SAP basis and I would like to know more about installing , patching and how to apply support packs. I was enrolled in SAP course ADM110_15 SAP System Installation and Patching but the course got cancelled and there is no guarantee of running the course again.

Hi,

 

I need to know if exist a list of obsolete profile parameters in SAP, specifically I´m looking for parameter "login/ext_security", I see the parameter is not displayed in report RSPARAM or in RZ11 tcode. Do you know if the list exist? or, if this parameter is obsolete?

Hi Experts,

 

We are going to perform CUT-OVER activity in our PRD system and GOLIVE.

 

My question is :

 

We have list for 200+ TRs (Transport requests), some of them are out of sequence (means after TR# 100 we have TR 120, TR 122, TR 135 etc.).

 

So, do I need to Import them one by one ? Or

I can Import them using IMPORT ALL ?

Do I need to maintain the sequence or I can IMPORT them in any order like import TR 122 before TR 100?

Hi Experts,

 

 

My users are complaining that SAP system is performing slow and I have observed that it's the peak work time.

I have verified couple of things listed below:

 

 

1. SM50 shows 8/10 free DIAG wp.

2. ST02 has CUA and SCREEN buffer in RED (pls see screen shot 4)

3. AUTOABAP and DIALOG has higher AVERAGE RESPONSE Time, ROLL wait time  (Pls see screenshot 1, 2 and 3).

 

 

Can please someone help me in understanding the ST03N transaction w.r.t. to the Screen-shots I have provided (Like how to check DIALOG , AUTOABAP..etc .. what are the main columns to look for , I know ).

I will be highly thankful to you. I have searched many many places for ST03N but didn't find anyhting handy for myself.

 

 

Any reading link, website or any reference material will be highly appreciated.
