Netweaver Business Client Welcome Message

Hi All,

We currently have setup the Netweaver Business Client via HTML.  We are now attempting to configure NWBC via table NWBC_CFG.  Everything has worked well with one exception, the welcome message.

Our problem is that the Welcome message is not displaying at all. 

Is there a setting that we are missing?  Is this even possible in the NWBC via HTML?  Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
