Installation ERROR SOLMAN 7.1 SUSE Linux ORA - DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_REQUEST

I am installing SOLMAN 7.1/SUSE Linux 11 / Oracle 11.2.0.3 ( + Bundle patch 8 ) / updated latest kernel patch 7.21 - patch 300 ).

After ABAP installation - the step create SAPJSF user fails.

Tried going into ABAP system, performing SU01/PFCG to give SAPJSF roles ( SAP_BC_JSF* )

I am always encountering this DUMP.

Any clues ?

I have updated latest patch + Oracle binaries + Bundle patch, still this error remains.

Please help.
