NetWeaver 7.4 temporary license

Good evening

I have already installed the NetWeaver 7.4 trial, but when I log with BCUSER and go to ABAP EDITOR and try to create the first program, the system response is "you are not logged as a developer"

I am starting on the SAP world and for my first aproach I try this version becasuse it is for free.

¿Where can I get a temporary license?
