400 Session Not Found - Failed to Process Request

Hello Portal Experts,

We'ere experiencing an issue where we unable to access the NWA of the portal.  Also, when trying to access the short URL for the UME we get the same 400 session not found error message. Please see attach file.

Example:

Once in the NWA and we click on the CONFIGURATION tab we receive the 400 session error message.

If I use URL http://hostname:50300/irj/portal i do not see my SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION, USER ADMINISTRATION, CONTENT ADMINISTRATION icon/tabs even though my user is assigned to the ADMIN and SUPER ADMIN role within the UME.

We've stop/start SAP numerous to no avail.
