Smartform and cyrillic

Hello,

I tried to include cyrillic letters to a smartform. First I activated russian language according to note 42305. Then I changed texts over tcode se63 but it  displays only ### characters. In tcode i18n I set up 'MS Word as Editor" but it hasn't helped. What else shall I change or set?
