Hardware Utilization Data not successful

Hi All,

We have ECC system running on RAC with 3 nodes. In EWA, we are getting the error OS not detected for the Virtual ip. We are getting the data for the Physical ip of the same node. We have installed st-pi and st-api components too. The hostagent also running on the node.

Kindly suggest on it.
