BI_TCO_ACTIVATION Finished in 0 SEC

Hi All,

I am trying to enable RSA1, using the Tcode RSTCO_ADMIN, i clicked on start installation, the status changed to yellow, then i used sm37 for monitoring the job BO_TCO_ACTIVATION, the job had finished in 0 seconds, but still the status in RSTCO_ADMIN  was yellow, there is no log detail also available, i deleted the job then, but still in RSTCO_ADMIN it shows the status yellow, i tried the same again in RSTCO_ADMIN and the job again finished in 0 seconds.

I am trying all of the above steps in 001, please let me know how  do i resolve this.

OS - windows 2008 server

DB - MSSql

Ecc - 6.0 ehp 5
