SAP java server node with collecting data state- Need solution/Root cause

Hi All,

Now this time with JAVA. One of our production system goes to collecting data phase.

Here I wanted to know why the server nodes goes to collecting data state. This is the new state I have seen in the SAP portal. users are unable to login to the system and it was throwing 403  error.

Please let me know if anyone are aware this kind of issues or if any background on this.
