Hello world,
Users are complaining that they ARE NOT ABLE TO IMPORT the transports from a dev system to quality.
Transport control program tp ended with error code 0232
is the error they are getting.
R3trans -d is giving error ----0012.
ERROR: Connect to SID failed (20150708172051, ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified) .
Listener is restarted ---- it is running now.
Any help!
