BI Content Installation Failure

Hi everyone,

I just completed installation of SAP NetWeaver 7.4 ABAP Stack. Tried installing Add-On in SAINT (BI Content) and i received the following error:

The installation was stopped, since an error occurred during the phase DDIC_ACTIVATION, which the Add-On Installation Tool is unable to resolve without your input.

Error in phase:       DDIC_ACTIVATION

Reason for error:    TP_STEP_FAILURE

Return code:          008
Error Message:      OCS Package SAPK-747ADINBICONT, tp step "A", return code 008

I could not delete the queue as it says "You cannot delete the queue from import phase DDIC_ACTIVATION"

Please help
