Restrict access User to specific fund centers (transaction FMBB)

Hi experts,

I have a question l´ve seen ohters colleagues faced with the same problem and i would like to get your help, because i did not get sucess.

Need to restrict the access of a manager a certain Fund Center, according a shown below.

In the Role, i have this configuration:

Using transaction FMSB, the user MA1269 in question only has access to the Fund. Center 110112190.

When the transaction FMBB access, the user can generate a quote for other Fund. Center, which want restrict. I wish he could throw the budget only for the Fund. Center which it is linked.Look at the screenshot below (I want restrict).
