Need to add a new reason code

Hello,

I was asked to create a new reason code - on credit memo's - for tax, that hits a certain GL account.

After a few searches, I foundT-code OBBE to create a new reason code, but I get this message in production:

Client 300 has status 'not modificable'

Any ideas?
