During the post installation activities of NA Gateway 2.0 on a NW 740, I was able to import the tempalate: /IWFND/RT_GW_USER but /IWCNT/RT_USER_REP and /IWCNT/RT_USER_WF don't exist in the template list.
Any idea?

Error when start a SAP installation (SWPM) - Linux/Oracle

I´m trying to install a SAP SCM system (NW 7.0 EHP3) in a linux (SLES 11) with a Oracle 11.2.0.3 but when I start the software provisioning manager (SWPM) it returns the following error:

Temse Part Size Limit reached. error 1 set in spool C call
Hi Experts,
We have been recently facing one problem with job getting cancelled with error "error 1 set in spool C callerror 1 set in spool C call". Upon looking under the trace files we found below logs

Searching further on it; we found below link which states that "TemSe cannot administer objects that require more than two gigabytes of storage space, regardless of whether the objects are stored in the database or in the file system. Spool requests of a size greater than two gigabytes must therefore be split into several smaller requests"

We checked the spool size as well; it reached 2 GB when this error occured.
But users are complaining that they get spools more than 2 GB on jobs. The page limit is set to unlimited and spool size is around 39GB.
Could you please shed some light on this Temse limit of handling not ore than 2GB of spool request. Is it temporary size limit or limit of overall spool? And is it possible to have a spool request created by a job which is more than 2 GB?
Please advise so that we have a justification to force split the selection to reduce spool size.

CCMS Alert for missing filesystem
Hi Experts,
We are facign an issue in transports as /usr/sap/trans mount went missing after last server reboot and did not get mounted.
For this we will have to schedule another maintenance to remount this. To avoid such scenario in future; we need to set up ccms alert so that we receive alert if any filesystem is missing. We are already getting ccms alerts for filesystem size, CPU usage etc using hostagent and saposcol.
Please help if its possible to have alert if any filesystem is not mounted. If yes; please help is proceeding in that direction

MTE for long runnign spool work process
Hi Experts,
We want to set up alert for long spool work process. For example; we get alert is a spool process crosses 30 minutes while active.
We have similar alerts for long running dialog and background processes but I am not able to find MTE for long running spool process.
Could you please help me with this if its possible to have alerts on long running spool processes.
Please note that we do not need for waiting requests or number of spool requests. We need for long running spool work processes

Microsoft Cluster node service failing automatically
Hello Expert,
We have Net weaver 7.0 EHP 2 installed on Windows 2008 R2 for EP. It is installed on cluster environment.
We have 2 cluster node Host A and Host B. Also we have 2 services one is for database and another is for SCS. During the failover these 2 services will move to another node.
My problem is SCS cluster service is getting offline automatically which is making my entire EP production server down. As it gets down i manually start cluster service first then app server and my EP system gets start.
Please suggest how can i find the root cause for getting SCS service offline or How we can make it always online?

Hi All,
I am installing an Add on- OTEXBAS 0961_700.
While installing it is asking for password for which i reffered to note 1040369 - SAP Archiving / Document Access by Open Text
Installation.
But i am not able to find the password using this note.
This is what is mentioned in the note:
This password information together with the installation documentation can be
found in the "Installation and Upgrade Guide" of Livelink® ECM-suite for SAP®
Solutions. The installation guide is located on the installation CD in the
folder Documentation\manual\english\er-igd.
But, in service marketplace I am unable to find this installation guide.
Kindly guide us to get the installation guide or password.

One or more package have to be applied using SUM
Dear Experts,
I am installed ERP DEV system and BW system version 7.4 on aix 7.1 oracle 11.2.
I want to install BI Content in BW system but due to following error unable to do this.
our solution manager not connected to sap that is why unable to download patch Sps and stack.xml file.
My query is
1. can we update patched without SUM if yes then how ?
2. If without SUM tool we cannot update patch then stack.xml is necessary ?

SWPM - Installation option for SAP SCM 7.0 EHP3
Hello,
I´m facing one problem... I´m trying to install SAP SCM 7.0 EHP3 and to do this I downloaded the Software Provision Manager 1.0 (SWPM) the latest version of it, the SP05, and as it mentioned in installation guide and also in SAP note 1680045 - Release Note for Software Provisioning Manager 1.0 SP05 I downloaded the 70SWPM*.SAR file. When I started the SWPM I don´t see in there any installation option specific to install the SAP SCM 7.0 EHP3, I don´t know where is it! I only see in there the installation option for SAP SCM 7.0 EHP2 and EHP1 as you can see in the following image:
Can you tell me where is the installation option for SAP SCM 7.0 EHP3? Can you help me please?

webservice call failed during execution (SSL and certificates) on NetWeaver 7.30
Hey experts,
i need your help!
We make webservice calls to sap me with our own software.
We connect to our software via SSL and certificates e.g. https://host:50001/XMII/CM/POD/MEDialogsWeb.irpt
At the beginning the software runs without any problems and than we become the following message on all our webservice:
thats the webservice configurations
(configuration - connectivity - single service administration):
(configuration - security - authentication and single sign-on)
if we restart the software after the error display, the webservice call runs successfully again.
is it a timeout?
can anybody help us?

SLD Content Synchronization
Quick question.
I have 3 SLD's.
SLD A is a central.
SLD B is a local
SLD C is a local
I want SLD A to Bridge Forward to Both SLD B and SLD C. A unidirectional synchronization.
I'm I correct to say to set this up, I need to go into the SLD Administration of SLD B and C, under content synchronization and setup these connection?
Or do i go into SLD A and setup a connection to push to SLD B and C.
I guess the question is where to i make the config? In the Target( SLD B/C) or Source (SLD A)?

SAP Cluster Issue
Dear All,
We have an SAP ECC Cluster configured for 2 nodes.
- saperpprod01 (Node 1)
- saperpprod02 (Node 2)
Case 1:

In case of a failure of Node 1 services (oracle/ers/sap) start running on
Node 2. The users when click on the GUI (virtual IP for ascs instance)
get connected
This case if working fine
Now coming to the issue:
Case 2:
--------
In case of a failure of Node 2 services (oracle/ers/sap) start running on
Node 1. The users when click on the GUI (virtual IP for ascs instance)
are unable to connect and get the following error:

To Summarize the issue:

DAA Agent not able to start after replacing JDK TO JVM
Dear Expert
I have replace JDK TO JVM using the JVM Migration kit successfully. The System is up and running but DAA agent is not able to start.
I have performed the same steps as described in "Performing the Switch to SAP JVM 4 for the Diagnostic Agent" but no luck to start.
Please advise to solve problem.

SUBMOD_SHDDBCLONE : unable to start batch job
Hi
I'm facing a error during an update from ERP6 EHP4 to ERP6 EHP6 SPS10 with SUM 1.0.9.8.
The phase SUBMOD_SHDDBCLONE/DBCLONE is unable to start batch job, whereas Primary AS has 8 batch processes available.
I'm in an Cluster MSCS 2008 SP2 with Primary AS on First node with ASCS ressource, and DB Oracle 11.2.0.3 ressource on the second node.
After logs analyse, I see that SUM tool try to execute report RSUPG_CLONE_TABLES in batch jobs, but I can not find that report in the system.
Does somenone have an idea ?

Update DB Stats for DSO
Hi Friends,
I want to build DB stats for DSOs as done by DB20 transaction in SAP . The only difference being in DB20, the DB stats gets created only after the % Deviation is greater than 50%. I want to automate the creation of DB stats for DSOs based on the value of % Deviation inputed manually.
Can anyone help me or throw some light on this.

SCM 7.0 EHP3 update - LCAPPS 2006_700 SP1
Hi,
Source system - SCM 7.0
Target system - SCM 7.0 EHP3
In SCM 7.0 EHP3 upgrade/update document, its mentioned that the source system SCM 7.0 should have LCAPPS 2006_700 SP1 in it ..but I can see all other components except the LCAPPS ..can I start the update
Should I have to apply this before the update..pls clarify.

Authorization check on users workstation basis
Hi experts,
I want to explore any log on event on SAP. I want to authorize the user according to users workstation. For example, If a user login into SAP from PC ABC he will get one type authorization. And if that user login to system using same id from another machine , he will get another type authorization. Is it possible ? Please help me on it.

Spool log was empty in MM_EKKO
Hi Experts,
I'm trying to archive MM_EKKO but the write job doesnot select the records & the spool generated was empty.
I even ran the preprocessing job for it, and in the application specific customization, we gave the residence time 1 is 0 & residence time 2 is also 0.
Please find attached screenshots.
